We know wedding planning is stressful, so we try to make this part as easy and comfortable as possible for you.
1.) Fill out an inquiry form on our site, or send us a DM on our socials. Don't forget to tell us your wedding date + city + venue and your partners name!
2.) We'll get back to you within 24 hours, answer any initial questions you have, and then we schedule a consultation video chat with you + your partner. If you're in the DFW area, we're also down to meet in person for coffee or drinks + tapas instead! We get to know each other as humans, we find out your love story, tell you our process for how we turn your moments into physical memories and art, and answer all of your questions until you are fully confident in us to be your memory keepers.
3.) We vibe, you love us, and once you decide on a package + any add-ons you want and your preferred payment plan, we send you a proposal to view that includes a breakdown of your invoice, a contract, and a questionnaire. When you're ready to move forward, you simply digitally sign + pay your deposit through that same document.
4.) That's it! We officially welcome you into the Canyon & Pine family, block your date on our calendar, and start the process of helping you with your timeline + planning your engagement / couples session. Want to know us even better? We're always up for board game nights, dinner, or touring your venue to get a better vision for your day.

We are based in Fort Worth, TX. Travel up to 2 hours outside of DFW is included in all packages. We take 10 out-of-state weddings per year - message us for a custom quote inclusive of our travel!

We do! To book, we require 50% down to hold your date. We can then split your remaining payment into 3 or 6 payments that will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Additional discounts available for paying in full at booking!

Absolutely. We always send links to our full galleries when we receive your inquiry email, and send our contract to review in your proposal document. Our contract includes clauses on rescheduling, cancelling, and protections for you if we suffer an emergency and are unable to make it to your event. We are also happy to go over all of these policies in our consultation call with you. We are fully transparent!
